The journey you're on may be a tough one, but you can do it! There are plenty of questions, doubts, and fears, but you can have joy through it all! This website is full of resources to help you while you are on the journey of caring for the kids who were unexpectedly placed in your care.
THE GRAFTED MINISTRY OF PHCC
Just as parts of two trees are joined so they can grow together, one or more children have been grafted into your home. With your love and guidance, those children can grow to become the people God intended them to be. With God's love and wisdom, you can grow too as you raise the children.
At FOR Kinship Care we see value, both in you and in the children you are raising. We see value in the process of the children's being grafted into your home and in Jesus' being the center of it. We are excited to see how you and your family will grow in the process.
